Goodfellow Tri and Southland Shuffle
This is a quick reminder for the 2011 Goodfellow AFB Triathlon on Saturday July 30th starting at 7:30 a.m.  The Tri will be at the Goodfellow Rec Camp is open to the public. It features a 400m open water swim, a 20K Bike ride, and a 5K run. Participants will receive a T-shirt and are invited to the cookout afterwards! Dont Forget — The 30th Annual SOUTHLAND SHUFFLE is coming up on SATURDAY, AUGUST 6! Start and finish will be at MEADOWCREEK PARK; the 2 and 6 mile runs will begin at 7:30 a.m. Registration will be the morning of the race from 6:30 a.m. to race time.
