We love volunteers, and welcome non-runners at our events always.   Volunteering makes you feel good and will also earn you a free entry to one of our future events!

Help us to set up, tear down, distribute refreshments, give high-fives, and more! We always need help.  Choose an event at which you can offer us an hour or two of your time, and email us with your interest by clicking "Contact" at the top of this page!
